As founder and wizard-in-chief of IT Mentors, Tim Kashani creates enjoyable and productive work environments where people with diverse artistic and technical skills and ideas come together to create innovative and entertaining products in business and the arts. A guiding force behind crafting and communicating messages about new technologies to a wide audience, Tim has conceived and brought to completion a variety of projects from traditional ILT and Webcasts to fun animated whiteboard videos, to videos with live actors and documentary-style storylines. With more than 20 years of experience delivering training and consulting services around the world including assessing the technical training needs of some of the world’s largest financial corporations, Tim comes by the role of wizard honestly and through a lot of hard work. He holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Information and Computer Sciences, a Masters in Business Administration from the University of California at Irvine, a M.F.A. Film Production with specialization in directing from Chapman University and is co-author of Microsoft SharePoint 2010 PerformancePoint Services Unleashed (Sams 2010).
